Livestream Worship

Wherever you are in the world, you are warmly invited to join us in worship online. Our livestreams are a way of praying together as a Cathedral community, whether you’re unable to be with us in person, live elsewhere in the Highlands, or are connecting from further afield.

Sunday Services

Sung of Choral Evensong will be livestreamed each Sunday at 11.00am from Inverness Cathedral.

This service is the heart of our Sunday worship. Through music, prayer, readings from the Bible, and a sermon, we gather to worship God together. The service includes Holy Communion (also called the Eucharist), where bread and wine are shared as the sacrament of Christ’s Body and Blood. Christ meets us through the bread and wine, drawing us closer to him and to one another as we are strengthened for the week ahead.

In addition to our 11.00am Sunday Eucharist, we also livestream two regular evening services each month. On the second Sunday at 5.30pm, we offer Taizé Worship—a peaceful, contemplative service of prayer, silence, scripture, and simple, meditative chants from the Taizé Community in France. On the fourth Sunday at 5.30pm, we livestream Choral Evensong, one of the great treasures of the Anglican tradition, where beautiful choral music, psalms, scripture, and prayers are woven together in a service of quiet reflection at the close of the day. Both services offer different ways to encounter God and are open to everyone, whether you’re joining us regularly or exploring Christian worship for the first time.
